Es una t\u00e9cnica sencilla con la que conseguiremos unos acabados muy bonitos en nuestras <strong>tartas de fondant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la t\u00e9cnica es tan f\u00e1cil como coger un pincel y ponerse manos a la obra, hay algunas cositas a tener en cuenta. En primer lugar y muy importante, debemos mezclar el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/3954-colorante-en-polvo-lustre-sk-oro-brillante.html\">colorante en polvo<\/a> con alguna bebida con <strong>alcohol tipo ron blanco o an\u00eds<\/strong>, y nunca utilizar agua. Este tipo de licores transparentes son muy \u00fatiles para que no modifiquen el color final de la pintura. Y adem\u00e1s vienen geniales para mezclarlos con el colorante en polvo, ya que se evaporan con facilidad y no humedecen demasiado el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/fondant.html\">fondant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31024\" src=\"https:\/\/marialunarillos.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Tecnica-pintura-sobre-fondant.jpg\" alt=\"Tecnica-pintura-sobre-fondant\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para esta t\u00e9cnica utilizo dos pinceles. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-5-pinceles-para-decorar.html\">pincel de cerdas blandas<\/a> que nos permite cubrir superficies de manera uniforme. Y un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-5-pinceles-para-decorar-1.html\">pincel de cerdas duras<\/a> para dejar las marcas del trazo con la pintura.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de mis recomendaciones, es que una vez hayamos terminado de pintar el fondant, apliquemos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/colorantes-en-polvo.html\">colorante en polvo<\/a> directamente a la superficie pintada. Esto nos ayudar\u00e1 a absorber la humedad que pueda quedar en la tarta y a cubrir la superficie mucho mejor. Si utiliz\u00e1is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/colorantes-en-polvo.html\">colorantes en polvo con efecto met\u00e1lico<\/a>, con este doble pintado, conseguir\u00e9is que el acabado quede con efecto m\u00e1s metalizado y brillante. Espero que os guste esta decoraci\u00f3n y ve\u00e1is el resto de v\u00eddeos que conforman esta tarta.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"display: block; width: 700px; margin: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/65eWX9MedbA?rel=0\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo pintar sobre fondant<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Para <strong>pintar esta tarta<\/strong> empezamos poniendo un poquito de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/3954-colorante-en-polvo-lustre-sk-oro-brillante.html\">colorante en polvo<\/a> en un cuenco. Os recomiendo empezar con poquita cantidad para controlar mejor la consistencia de la mezcla. Ahora poco a poco vamos agregando el ron o el an\u00eds directamente al colorante y lo removemos con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-5-pinceles-para-decorar.html\">pincel<\/a>, de esta manera convertiremos el colorante en polvo en una pastita perfecta para pintar nuestra tarta.<\/li>\n<li>Es importante diluir bien el colorante en polvo en el alcohol, as\u00ed evitaremos que al pintar hayan grumitos que pueden estropear la decoraci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan veamos la consistencia, iremos a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s l\u00edquido o m\u00e1s colorante en polvo. Al final debemos conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea y un poquito pastosa.<\/li>\n<li>Con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-5-pinceles-para-decorar.html\">pincel de cerdas blandas<\/a>, damos pinceladas a la parte superior de la tarta para pintarla por completo. Como veis, no queda totalmente pintado y a\u00fan se notan las pinceladas, pero no os preocup\u00e9is porque ahora estamos poniendo la primera capa. Luego la repasaremos y quedar\u00e1 m\u00e1s cubierta.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez terminemos de pintar la parte superior, vamos con los laterales. En este caso quiero hacer un efecto de pinceladas, por eso, para este paso, lo mejor es utilizar un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-5-pinceles-para-decorar-1.html\">pincel de cerdas duras<\/a>, ya que los pinceles blandos, ayudan a cubrir mejor la superficie y los duros van geniales para dejar este efecto tipo rasgado. Lo ideal es hacer esta t\u00e9cnica de arriba hacia abajo, as\u00ed conseguiremos este efecto en la parte inferior de cada pincelada.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando terminemos ponemos colorante en polvo en un recipiente seco. Esta vez no lo mezclaremos con nada, ya que lo aplicaremos directamente con el pincel blando sobre la superficie hab\u00edamos pintado.<\/li>\n<li>El polvo que estamos aplicando terminar\u00e1 de absorber la humedad del alcohol, de este modo, la superficie quedar\u00e1 seca y pintada por completo. Adem\u00e1s, si utiliz\u00e1is colorantes con efectos met\u00e1licos, con esta t\u00e9cnica quedar\u00e1n m\u00e1s marcados los destellos del colorante en la tarta.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicando estas dos capas de colorante, una en mojado y otra en seco, pintamos la superficie por completo y aparte necesitaremos menos cantidad de colorante y no humedecemos el fondant en exceso. \u00a1Son todo ventajas!\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n aplicaremos la misma t\u00e9cnica en el lateral pintado, pero no lo haremos en las puntas, as\u00ed mantendremos el efecto rasgado conseguido con el pincel duro.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez terminado, os voy a mostrar c\u00f3mo decorar el borde inferior de la tarta con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/reposteria\/ingredientes\/papel-comestible.html\">papel de az\u00facar<\/a>. Utilizar\u00e9 el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/papel-de-azucar-maria-lunarillos-n-191.html\">mismo dise\u00f1o<\/a> que voy a utilizar en la tarta inferior.\u00a0Antes de recortarlo, le haremos unas marcas en parte de atr\u00e1s con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/set-10-rotuladores-alimentarios-de-punta-fina-foodoodler.html\">rotulador comestible<\/a>, as\u00ed podremos recortarlo f\u00e1cilmente con una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/4291-cizalla-con-doble-hoja-cortar-y-plegar.html\">cizalla<\/a> o unas tijeras. Cuando lo tengamos recortado, retiramos el pl\u00e1stico protector del papel de az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Con el rotulador marco la parte frontal de la tarta y el centro de la tira. Ponemos un poquito de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialunarillos.com\/993-pegamento-comestible-50-gr.html\">pegamento comestible<\/a> en la parte inferior de la tarta y pegamos la tira en el borde.\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0Ahora si quisi\u00e9ramos, le podr\u00edamos poner una decoraci\u00f3n con flores y tendr\u00edamos la tarta lista.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>En este caso, este v\u00eddeo forma parte de una <strong>tarta m\u00e1s grande, compuesta de varias t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong> que os explicar\u00e9 en los siguientes v\u00eddeos, en los que os explico detalladamente los <strong>pasos a seguir para decorar los otros pisos de la tarta<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Recordad que tambi\u00e9n ten\u00e9is los v\u00eddeos iniciales para <a href=\"https:\/\/marialunarillos.com\/blog\/video-receta-tarta-de-fondant-con-bordes-perfectos.html\">preparar la tarta base<\/a>.
